Stelios holds a BSc in Mathematics and a MSc in Financial Mathematics and Computation.
Tasos Patichis

With over 25 years of experience in the banking sector, Tassos specializes in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT). He has held key managerial positions within Compliance departments and International Unit of banks in Cyprus.
Tasos holds a Bachelor's Degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration, along with a diploma in General Banking. He holds both the Anti-Money Laundering and Advanced CySEC certificates.
Marilena Peletie
Head of Risk, Alternate AMLCO
Marilena has a law degree (L.L.B.) from the University of Cyprus, and a Master degree in Banking and Finance Law (L.L.M.) from UCL. Marilena has worked for many years as a Consultant/Advisor for the Risk, Compliance and Regulatory Departments of two large accounting/auditing firms. Her role was to provide advices/consultations to credit institutions, electronic money institutions, payment institutions, investment firms and other institutions in regards to Risk, Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering areas/sectors. Additionally, Marilena was a member of teams of experts who conducted audits to institutions for being compliant with the relevant legislations.
Furthermore, Marilena has worked as a Corporate Lawyer for a law firm in Cyprus as well as she has experience in the preparation of applications / documentation for various institutions to grant/extend their license from the relevant regulatory authority in Cyprus and abroad.
